Afrikanos is an eatery and crocodile sanctuary in Gansbaai, the Western Cape, and it is home to one of the most popular tourist attractions in South Africa-crocodile cage diving. Crocodiles have been around for millions of years on Earth and they are some of the oldest living creatures on this planet. If you want to get close and personal with these creatures without risking your life, then crocodile cage diving is just for you!

Crocodile cage diving takes place underwater at a depth of about 3 feet. You get to observe the crocodiles without any risk of being attacked by them.
One reason that you should do crocodile cage diving is if you like wildlife because this activity will grant you the opportunity to observe these creatures up close without any harm. If you are someone who likes outdoor activities, then this can be a great lifetime experience.
Another reason is that it can be good for your mental health and well-being. This type of activity has been shown to reduce anxiety, prevent depression, and improve moods in people who engage in it regularly.
